Admission PROCEDURE

 

List of Documents required at the time of Admission

• Birth certificate as a proof of age froma Civic body.
• Aadhar Card of students.
• Educational Qualification (Degree/Diploma/Certificates of Parents).
• Residence Proof(Voter Card/Ration Card/ Passport).
• Three Passport Size Photographs of the child, mother and father.

Admission Regulations

• The academic years begins in March and ends in February.
• No advance registration is made till 3 months prior to the prospective year of admission. Admission to the Nursery classes is taken at the minimum age of 3 Years and in Pre Nursery at the minimum age of 2.5 years. Admission will be granted only on submitting the application along with the Birth certificate from Municipal Corporation or from the Hospital Record.
• Those who seek admission to classes other than Nursery will have to bring the school certificate from the school last attended.
• Above all, the admission will be subjected to a test of capacity by means of written and oral test Admission and assignment to a particular section of the class are entirely reserved to the school authorities.
• Parents / guardians are asked to fill in the admission form with the utmost possible accuracy. No subsequent changes will be permitted afterwards for any reason whatsoever.
• No student will be admitted without a prior test and interview.

List of Document Required In Case Of Withdrawal

One month notice in writing is required to withdraw the child from the school. The fee for the full calendar month will have to be paid in which the withdrawal is requested for. However the following will not be refunded:
1. Registration Fee 2. Admission Fee
